Requirements for Payments in Colones via SINPE

Our prices are listed in US Dollars, but if you'd like to pay for your order in Costa Rican Colones, here's how:

1. At the PAYMENT step of checkout, please select SINPE.
2. Please use the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica exchange rate to calculate the colones equivalent of your purchase. Both the Bank's mobile app and website have a currency converter that looks like this:

... use it to find the exact amount for your SINPE transfer.

3. Make sure the name on your transfer detail matches the DELIVERY name on your order. This is how we'll confirm it's really you.
4. Please send the full amount shown at Checkout, converted to colones (using the BN exchange rate), via SINPE to this phone number:

(506) 8727-7908 (under the name Priscilla Salazar Jiménez).

5. Then, please send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to: (506) 8727-7908.

*We will only begin preparing your order once the SINPE transfer is confirmed, and once we've verified that the name on your order matches the name on the SINPE transfer detail.
