Start with a ring you already own and that fits you well. Keep in mind that with thinner rings, this method tends to give a more accurate size — but with thicker rings, the actual size may run half to a full size larger, for comfort.
Using a ruler, measure the inner diameter of your ring, and note the measurement in millimeters.
Compare it to the size chart (download the chart here) to find your size based on the millimeter measurement.
Write down your sizes for each finger and the position you want your ring on, in a notebook or file you can keep handy whenever you need it.
